Shipping Policy

• For each shipping Rs. 50 is chargeable for all PAN India orders below Rs. 555.
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over worth Rs. 555 or above (value has been calculated after discounts), which is notified for any changes
• We offer Cash-On-Delivery across India at an additional charge of Rs. 50. This is an additional charge on top of the shipping charges. COD is not offered for international orders.
• We ship our products directly from the warehouse based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Orders placed are shipped within 24-48 hours. In any uncertain cases, time may be extended to ship your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp or SMS.
• Delivery times for Domestic orders typically range from 3-7 business days.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
• Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs fees and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times for international orders vary by country but typically range from 7-21 business days.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or issues with delivery.
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• In rare cases where there are shipping delays beyond our control, we will do our best to communicate updates and provide assistance in tracking down your order.
